A 2-channel wireless transceiver for data and video.
Make any robot remote controllable
The WM1 instantly gives you the ability to remove physical connections to your robot. By pairing two WM1s together, you are able to stream both video and data to your control station — turning any wired robot into a fully wireless system with minimal effort.
On the control station side, each WM1 exposes itself as a standard composite USB COM/Serial port and a webcam device for seamless plug-and-play integration with existing software. On the robot side, the WM1 leverages the powerful STM32H7R3 microcontroller — featuring a 600 MHz Arm Cortex-M7 core and hardware JPEG codec — to compress incoming video feeds in real time before wireless transmission.
This hardware-accelerated JPEG encoding enables efficient, low-latency 480p video at 15 FPS alongside a reliable 500 kbps data channel, all over dual-band 2.4 GHz and 826 MHz frequencies for robust performance. With ultra-low 30 g weight, 10 W power consumption, and simple USB-C 5 V power input, the WM1 is designed for easy integration into compact, mobile robots.
Whether you're prototyping teleoperation, adding remote inspection capabilities, or deploying fleet robots, the WM1 delivers video and responsive control data wirelessly — up to 1 km range in clear line-of-sight conditions — making robotics more flexible and untethered than ever.
