The Actuator Control Board (ACB) v2.0 is a BLDC FOC driver that turns a basic motor into a highly useful control mechanism. With a 12v-30v operating voltage range and upto 40A burst current you can control various motors.
With the onboard STM32G474 microcontroller you can create highly custom firmware, the board ships with open-actuator firmware and integrates directly with the STM32 software ecosystem. The firmware is available on our github: h-laboratories/acb-v2.0.
Specification:
- STM32G474 microcontroller
- DRV8323RS gate driver
- Uses a hall effect sensor for encoder magnet positional support
- Operating voltage of 12v-30v
- 15A max constant current (40A burst)
- CAN bus communication
- XT60 power connector
- FOC control
- On board temperature and voltage monitoring
- Back EMF monitoring
